Coaching
I specialize in helping female entrepreneurs earning less than $10k per month to release the subconscious limitations that were holding them back, replacing them with confidence, improved self-worth, inner peace and unstoppable faith in their abilities.
In coaching, I use a combination of modalities such as coaching techniques, motivational interviewing, hypnosis and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) to help you make changes quickly in order to achieve your goals.
In our initial session, we'll talk about your preferences and goals to decide together which strategies are used.
I'll teach you strategies to use on your own, and homework is given between sessions. Messaging support is also available in between coaching sessions.
Access to my online programs at Healing Minds Academy and/or hypnosis audios may be included as part of your coaching program.

VIP Day, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month programs available, starting at $1497 CAD. Monthly installments, single sessions and packages of 5 to 25 sessions are also available.
